Mr. Ghosh, learned advocate appears on behalf of applicant, who apprehends arrest in connection with Maynaguri Police Station Case no.311 of dated 10.09.2019 under sections 341/325/307/506/509/34 in Indian Penal Code. He submits, by order no.3 dated 8th January, 2020 co-accused found bail on recording, injury report shows simple injury and further custodial detention is not necessary. As such, his client should be granted anticipatory bail. Mr. Acharjee, learned advocate appears on behalf of State and hands up case diary to submit, warrant of arrest stands issued against applicant, who is absconding. Mr. Ghosh responds, his client had applied earlier

for anticipatory bail before Sessions Judge, turned down and hence, he is before this Court.

Applicant must apply for regular bail. This application is rejected.
