1. The writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the Chairman, District Primary School Council to treat the writ petition as a representation and pass a reasoned order, in accordance with law. The said reasoned order shall be communicated to the petitioners.

2. The representative of the petitioners will be entitled to appear at the hearing and rely on relevant documents. Reliance may be placed on the orders passed by the High Court in respect of similarly situated teachers.

3. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.

5. Parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
