The petitioners filed the writ petition praying for a direction upon the respondent authorities to take a decision and inform the same to the petitioners with regard to issuance of No Objection Certificate as provided in the guideline.

The respondents have already taken a decision and communicated the same to the petitioners. The report by way of an affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent no. 6 in Court today annexes a copy of the order dated 31st May, 2021.

The petitioners will be at liberty to take appropriate steps to assail the order dated 31st May, 2021, if so advised.

The writ petition is disposed of.
