Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that similarly placed accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail and the petitioner is innocent of the charges and has been falsely implicated.

Learned advocate for the State has produced the Case Diary and opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail. I have considered the statement of the victim under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C./183 of the BNSS and I find that the petitioner is thickly connected with the alleged offence. The

conduct of the present petitioner is dangerous to the society, particularly with minor girls and women.

Having considered the same, I am of the view that this is not a fit case for granting anticipatory bail. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner in CRM (A) 19 of 2026 is dismissed.

All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
