Mr. Sudip Ghosh Choudhury Mr. Soumyajit Laskar ... for the petitioner Mr. Hirak Barman Ms. Pratusha Dutta Choudhury ...... for the State Mr. Sunit Kumar Roy ... for SSC Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner was allowed to take a transfer from present school to another. But he could not avail the opportunity due to his personal reasons. He wants the authorities to reconsider the question of transfer. Learned counsel appearing for the Commission denies the allegations and submits that prayer for reconsideration has been made about two years after the date of transfer. In view of the fact that the Spetitioner himself caused delay of about two years in praying for reconsideration, such prayer is not allowed. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file a fresh application for transfer on appropriate grounds which shall be considered by the authorities in accordance with law.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. As affidavits were not called for, the allegations made are deemed not to have been admitted.
