1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today, is taken on record.

2. The Chairman, District Primary School Council, Cooch Behar shall consider and dispose of the prayer of the petitioner for transfer within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

3. The petitioner will be at liberty to file all documents before the concerned authority along with the copy of the said application dated December 24, 2025. It appears that the petitioner seeks transfer on the ground of distance and also because he is a surplus teacher who can be spared by the school.

4. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner within the aforementioned period by the authority.

5. Accordingly, the writ petitioner is disposed of.

6. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

7. The parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
