The rest of the respondents are not represented. Referring to a representation dated October 25, 2024, Annexure-P6 at page 23 to the writ petition learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner claims transfer from one school to another who is working as an Assistant Teacher on the

medical ground but the application has not yet been considered. Since the Utsashree Portal has been suspended for the time being, the application has been made through offline mode.

Without going into the merits of the said application, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education to consider the said application in accordance with law, at the earliest, but positively within a period of ninety days from the date of communication of this order. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner immediately thereafter.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the representation seeking transfer to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

With the above observations and directions this writ petition, WPA 62 of 2025 stands disposed of, without any order as to costs.
