It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they have been falsely implicated in the instant case.
Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
Having considered the materials on record and in view of the fact that the nature of injury of the victim which is extremely grievous and also considering the prima facie involvement of the petitioners in the alleged crime, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
