The grievance of the petitioner is that the representation of the petitioner seeking mutual transfer on distance ground is still pending. In view thereof, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 1st January, 2024 and to dispose of the same by passing a reasoned order in accordance with law and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the server copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned advocates for the parties on usual formalities.
