2. The petitioner seeks transfer on the ground of distance and also on the ground that his wife is suffering from various diseases and his elderly parents have various medical complications. The petitioner also contends that his health is not in a perfect shape either. The petitioner has preferred a representation before the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education.

3. The writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the respondent no.5 to consider and decide the representation in accordance with law upon hearing the petitioner and the school authorities of

the school where the petitioner is at present working. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated.

4. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.

6. Parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
