The writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education to dispose of the prayer of the petitioner for transfer on medical grounds as also on the ground of distance on the basis of the representation dated November 10, 2025. The petitioner will be heard and a reasoned order shall be passed. The said reasoned order shall be communicated to the petitioner.

3. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.

5. Parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
