1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Statement of the victim wife shows petitioner had set her on fire. Her statement is corroborated by medical report. Investigation is continuing.

3. Under such circumstances we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
