In the matter of : Hafijul Alam ..... petitioner Mr. Kallal Ghosh ........for the petitioner Mr. Ujjal Luksom Mr. Sagnik Sankar Sikdar ....... for the State Apprehending arrest in connection with Banarhat Police Station F.I.R. No. 28 of 2018 dated 18th February, 2018 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code, the petitioner seeks an order for pre-arrest bail.

It appears from the application that a previous prayer made by the petitioner seeking a similar order was rejected by a coordinate Bench on 1st August, 2018. There has been no significant change of circumstances since then warranting consideration of this application on merits.

Accordingly, C.R.M. 56 of 2019 is rejected.
