No. 351 of 2018 dated 5th September, 2018 under Sections 325/302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. We have heard learned advocates for the parties and perused the materials in the case diary.

The charge has been framed and evidence is due to start soon. Considering the statements of the witnesses recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and the nature of injuries that were suffered by the deceased, as appearing from the post mortem report, we are of the considered opinion that the stage is not proper for releasing the petitioners on bail.

Accordingly, C.R.M. 57 of 2019 is rejected.

The trial may, however, be expedited.
