This application for anticipatory bail is in connection with Falakata Police Station Case no.146 of 2019 dated 07.04.2019 under sections 498A/302 of Indian Penal Code. Mr. Ghosh, learned advocate appears on behalf of applicant, who is principal accused / husband. He submits, by order dated 16th July, 2019, application made by his client and others for anticipatory bail was rejected. Since then, his client's mother and sister have found bail from lower Court. He submits, any condition be imposed. Mr. Chakraborty, learned advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, the victim was married five months prior to her death. She was pregnant. He hands up the case diary. Applicant is absconding.

We have considered submissions made and materials in the case diary. We are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail. The application is rejected.
