No. 257/2018 dated 16th July, 2018 registered under Sections 302/201 of the Indian Penal Code, the petitioner seeks an order for pre-arrest bail.

We have heard learned advocates for the parties and perused the materials in the case diary.

We are of the view that custodial interrogation of the petitioner may be required to take the investigation to its logical conclusion; thus, we are not inclined to grant the prayer for pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, C.R.M. 64 of 2019 is rejected.
