We have considered the materials on record. A mentally challenged woman had been gang raped. Statement of witnesses implicates the petitioner in the crime. 3.
In view of the gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
