No. 448 of 2018 dated 02.12.2018 under section 21 (C) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No. 88 of 2018, is the applicant before us under section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
We have heard learned advocates appearing for the parties and perused the materials in the case diary. We are of the considered opinion that since commercial quantity of contraband articles have been seized and there are incriminating materials in the case diary showing involvement of the petitioner in the alleged crime, we are not inclined to grant the prayer for bail.
