Mr. Sandip Guha Roy, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that in compliance to the order dated 21st January, 2025, the petitioner has already deposited the fine in terms of the order of the appellate Court. He seeks to withdraw this revisional application since it has become infructuous.

By order dated 24th January, 2025 report was called for from the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Alipurduar as to whether the accused/petitioner has deposited the fine in C.R. Case No.708 of 2022 as per the order of the Appellate Court passed in Criminal Appeal No.3 of 2024.

Perused the report of learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Alipurduar placed through the Registrar, Circuit Bench of Calcutta High Court at Jalpaiguri.

It is reported by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Alipurduar that the accused/petitioner has deposited the fine in C.R. Case No.708 of 2022 as per order of the Appellate Court passed in Criminal Appeal No.3 of 2024.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, the present criminal revision is dismissed as withdrawn. All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. There will be, however, no order as to costs. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

All concerned parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of all necessary formalities. (Bivas Pattanayak, J.)
