The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Siliguri P.S. Case No.848 of 2018 dated 17.12.2018 under Sections 420/465/467/468/471/409/120B of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner faces serious charges of having deposited forged title deeds to obtain loan from a nationalized bank. The petitioner claims to be in custody from or about February 12, 2019.
