Ranjan Sharma, learned advocate appearing for the writ petitioner and Ms. Supriya Singh, learned advocate appearing for respondent nos. 4 and 5/GTA have agreed to the corrections to be incorporated in the said order dated January 24, 2025.

Accordingly, by consent of the parties, wherever the expression respondent no. 2 appears in the said order dated January 24, 2025 the same shall be corrected and read as respondent no. 4. The said corrections shall be incorporated and read into the order dated January 24, 2025.

Accordingly, the application being CAN 1 of 2025 stands allowed.
