Ms. Supriya Singh, learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the writ petition suffers from some technical defects; she prays leave to withdraw the same with liberty to file afresh.

In view of such stand of the petitioners, WPA 108 of 2024 is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

It is made clear that this order will not prevent the petitioners to file a fresh writ petition on the selfsame cause of action and for the selfsame relief.
