Heard learned Advocates for both the parties. 2.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the husband of the victim lady. He had tortured the victim. As a result, she attempted to commit suicide. In view of the nature of allegations, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
