None appears on behalf of the petitioner nor is any accommodation prayed for on their behalf. The matter has been repeatedly adjourned at the instance of the petitioner. The writ petitioner indirectly seeks to stall proceeding for recovery by the respondent bank. On behalf of the respondent bank, it is submitted that though there was an initial settlement, the settlement has failed and the respondent bank has initiated necessary recovery proceedings.

In such circumstances, WPA/141/2022 stands dismissed for default.
