Case No. 726 of 2019 arising out of New Jalpaiguri Police Station Case No. 154 of 2019 dated 01.03.2019 for alleged offence punishable under sections 419/120B/465/468/471 of the Indian Penal Code. Having heard learned advocates for the parties and on consideration of the order impugned and the case diary and the gravity of the offence, at this stage of investigation, the prayer for bail is considered and rejected.
