No. 486/2018 dated 23rd November, 2018 under Sections 498A/302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code by filing this application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. Having heard learned advocates for the parties and on consideration of the materials in the case diary, we are of the opinion that the stage is not proper to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, C.R.M. 95 of 2019 is rejected.
