Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that her clients have instructed her to seek time for a period of two weeks since the petitioners are trying to settle with the respondents.

This Court is unable to appreciate that, if fundamental rights have been affected and the writ petition having been filed therefor, as to what kind of settlement have the petitioners entered into with the respondents.

In any event, since the writ petitioners pray for conclusion of a selection process of recruitment of Anganwari Workers dated 20.11.2009,

the same may be concluded by the respondents, if not already done.

If it is found that a fresh selection process has been initiated by the respondents, the writ petition even otherwise would be rendered infructuous.

If by passage of time, the selection process was of the year 2009 has been abandoned by the State, even then the writ petition would be rendered infructuous.

With the above observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
