This Court finds that there is no necessity to issue notice upon the opposite party and this revisional application can be disposed of. The learned Additional District Judge, 2nd Court, Siliguri is directed to dispose of the matrimonial suit no. 189 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
