Learned counsel for the parties submit that a similar matter has been decided on March 17, 2021 by the Hon'ble Justice Kausik Chanda.

By the said order, the writ petition was dismissed, but it was kept open for the petitioner to approach the relevant officer for making payment of the amount as assessed by the Assessing Officer and the said Officer may accept such payment in accordance with law.

Since this co-ordinate Bench is bound by the ratio of such order, W. P. A. No. 133 of 2021 is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate

Officer to pay the amount as assed by the Assessing Officer. If so approached, the concerned Officer may accept such payment in accordance with law.

There will be no order as to costs.
