A.P.P., Mr. Sagnik Sankar Sikdar ....for the State Commercial quantity of narcotics was seized from a vehicle. Petitioner was arrested at the spot. The prayer for bail of the co-accused was rejected today. Petitioner is unable to overcome the restrictions under Section 37 of the N.D.P.S. Act, 1985.

Consequently, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (NDPS) 54 of 2026 is dismissed. (Debangsu Basak, J.)
