Addl. Sessions Judge, 2nd Court, Jalpaiguri in connection with Special Case No. 02/2018 arising out of Jaigaon P.S. Case No. 187/2018 dated 14.9.2018 under Sections 411/414/120B of Indian Penal Code.

And In the matter of : Inderjit Singh @ Rajveer Singh Ms. Ashima Mandla Ms. Mandakini Singh Ms. Anwasha Halder ... for the petitioner Mr. Aditi Shankar Chakraborty Mr. Arjun Chowdhury ... for the State Allowed Heard Ms. Mandla, learned counsel representing the petitioner. It is contended that the petitioner Inderjit Singh @ Rajveer Singh has been spending his days in custody from 26.10.2018 for allegedly committing the offence within the meaning of Sections 411, 414 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Since he has been in custody for more than three years invoking the provision of Section 436A of the Code of Criminal Procedure, I am inclined to admit him on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousands only) to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jalpaiguri to be executed by two sureties one of whom must be either of the parents of the petitioner and on conduct that the petitioner will not make any attempt to interfere with the witnesses and shall not cause any hindrance to the speedy disposal of the trial. The application for bail is allowed.
