1. The matter is listed today under the heading "To Be Mentioned" for correction in the order dated May 13, 2026.

2. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that in the paragraph no. 1, line no. 4 the MACC case number is recorded as "MACC No. 323 of 2029" instead of "MACC No. 323 of 2019". The learned counsel for the appellant further pointed out that in the paragraph no. 14 the matter is to be remanded back to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, A.D.J., "4th Court" instead of "1st Court".

3. In view of the above, in the paragraph no. 1 the MACC case number shall be read as "MACC 323 of 2019" instead of "MACC 323 of 2029" and in paragraph no. 14 the Court shall be read as Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, A.D.J., "4th Court" instead of "1st Court".

4. Learned counsel for the Insurance Company submits that at the time of admission of this appeal, the Insurance Company has deposited Rs. 25,000/- being the statutory amount, the Insurance Company is given liberty to withdraw the same.

5. This order be treated as the part of the order dated May 13, 2026.
