APP Mr. Biswarup Roy ... for the State-respondent(s) Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been implicated in the instant case because of trivial family disputes.

Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and draws the attention of the court to the statement of the victim under section 183 of the BNSS as well as the injury report.

Having considered the materials available in the case diary, although, I find that a case has been made out but

custodial detention of the present petitioner may not be warranted in the facts and circumstances of the present case.

Hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is Allowed.

Accordingly, I direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bond of Rs.20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand only), with two sureties of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer of the case and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. and/or under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.

As the investigation of the case is still in progress, the petitioner shall meet with the investigating officer of the case once in a week till the charge-sheet is submitted before the learned jurisdictional court.
