This is the third application for bail filed by the petitioners. The second rejection of the petitioners' prayer for bail was on July 1, 2021. We find no change in circumstances since then. The prayer for bail is rejected. However, we find that the petitioners are in jail for about 410 days. Charge sheet has been submitted. Considering the lengthy period of detention of the petitioners, we request the learned Trial Court to expedite the consideration of charge and generally bring the trial to an early conclusion, preferably within 18 months from the resumption of normal functioning of the Courts.

The application for bail, being No. CRM (DB) 16 of 2022, is disposed of accordingly.
