For the respondent no. 4 The grievance of the petitioners is that the information sought by them under the Right to Information Act has not been supplied to them till date. Application for obtaining information was filed by the petitioners on 16th April, 2021. Learned advocate representing the Revenue Officer and the SPIO, Block Land & Land Reforms Officer, Rajganj, Jalpiaguri submits that the application seeking information was disposed of and the reply of RTI was forwarded via ordinary post. However, from the report filed by the Block Land & Land Reforms Officer, there is no proof of service of the aforesaid information to the petitioners.

A copy of the reply has presently been handed to the learned advocate of the petitioners in Court today. Let a copy of the same be retained with the records. The writ petition stands disposed of.
