At the time of hearing learned advocate for the opposite parties submits that though he has been served with the copy of the review application but the same is without any annexures. It is further submitted on behalf of the opposite parties that the copy of the CAN 1/2024 has not yet been served upon him.

Such being the position learned advocate for the review petitioner is hereby requested to supply the copies of the entire set of the review application and CAN 1/2024 to the learned advocate for the opposite party positively in course of this day.

The affidavit-in-opposition to the review application is to filed within two weeks from today after serving copy of the same to the learned advocate for the review petitioner. 4.

Affidavit-in-reply is to be filed one week thereafter. 5.
