The petitioner seeks general transfer.

The representation of the petitioner is pending consideration at the end of the Commissioner of School Education.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the representation had to be submitted offline as the portal for submitting online application seeking transfer has been kept suspended by the Government.

Learned advocate representing the Commission submits, upon instruction that, there is no merit in the representation filed by the petitioner seeking transfer. Without entering into the merit of the claim of the petitioner seeking transfer, as it appears that the representation filed by the petitioner is pending consideration at the end of the Commissioner of School Education, accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Commission of School Education to take a decision on the representation filed

by the petitioner in accordance with law, at the earliest, but positively within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the representation seeking transfer dated 12th December, 2023 along with supporting documents to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of this Court.
