Learned advocate appearing for the respondent no.5 submits that the National Highways Authority of India has not acquired the land of the petitioners as mentioned in the writ petition.
Learned advocate for the writ petitioners submits that pursuant to such submission nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition but leave may be granted to
the petitioners to file writ petition against other authorities, if necessary.
In view of such submission, writ petition being WPA 93 of 2019 is thus disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to take appropriate steps in accordance with law, if necessary.
