It appears from the report submitted on behalf of the Inspector-in-charge of the Alipurduar police station that the complaints lodged by the petitioner have been registered and investigation has commenced.

In view of the same, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the present writ petition.

The writ petition being W.P.A. 174 of 2022 is disposed of accordingly.

However, the State respondents are directed to ensure strict compliance of the direction of the learned trial Court passed in judgment on 8th December, 2011 in connection with Title Suit No. 112 of 2010.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to be admitted.
