In re : CRM 110 of 2021 This is an application for cancellation of an order granting bail to the accused person. The bail order dated April 23, 2020 was passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Kurseong.

We are of the view that in the fitness of things, the applicant should approach the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Kurseong with the prayer for cancellation of bail.

Accordingly, without going into the merits of this application for cancellation of bail and reserving liberty to the

applicant to approach the aforesaid forum, we dispose of this application.

In re : I A CRAN 1 of 2021 This is an application for relaxation of the condition of bail imposed by a Coordinate Bench on February 24, 2021, to the effect that the accused person will attend the concerned police station once in a fortnight.

Having heard learned Counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we see no reason to modify the aforesaid order by allowing the prayer of the applicant.
