The State respondent is represented and submits that there is no overdrawn amount and there is no deduction from the retiral benefits of the petitioner.

The matter had been repeatedly adjourned when the petitioner had been unrepresented.

In such circumstances, WPA/183/2021 stands dismissed for default.
