The petition was thereafter transferred to this Circuit Bench and registered on 2101-2020. Direction for filing of affidavits was given on 24-01-2020. Thereafter on 19-02-2020 on the prayer of the learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents, time to file the affidavit-in-opposition was extended till 15-02-2020. No affidavit-i-opposition has been filed. The matter thereafter appeared on 2702-2020 and was adjourned as the writ petitioner was absent. On 02-03-2020 the matter again appeared in the list but the none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

Today no one appears on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the writ petitioner is not interested to proceed with the writ petition.

The writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There shall be no order as to costs.
