Learned counsel for the petitioner in all fairness submits that he wishes to withdraw the writ petition and pursue civil remedies for recovery of his balance dues from the respondents under the contract performed for them.

In that view of the matter, reserving liberty to the writ petitioner to take out civil proceedings against the respondents.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
