Ms. Singh, learned advocate appearing for the respondents/GTA in both the writ petitions submits that so far as WPA 202 of 2021 is concerned, till date she has not been served with a copy of the writ petition.

Records reflect that the petitioner is not participating in proceedings since January, 2022. The same is reflected in the orders dated 10.01.2022, 14.09.2023 and 20.09.2023.

Prima facie it reflects that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the writ petitions. Accordingly, both the writ petitions being WPA 202 of 2021 and WPA 206 of 2021 are dismissed for default.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
