The learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that all the conditions contained in the said order dated 13th March, 2024 has been complied with till date. In support of such contention he has drawn the attention of this Court to the annexures to the said application.

Answering the query of this Court, Mr. Sarkar, learned advocate appearing for the State submits that there is no adverse report against the petitioners, however, investigation is not yet complete.

In view thereof, it is directed that the petitioners shall meet with the investigating officer once in a month till such investigation is complete.

The order dated 13th March, 2024 is, accordingly, modified and the application being IA No. CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Tapabrata Chakraborty, J.)
