This is an application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is aggrieved because of police inaction.

Counsel on behalf of the State submits that a police case has been registered bearing no. SPC Matigara F.I.R. No. 124 of 2021 dated 22.02.2021. I have heard counsel appearing for the parties and perused the materials on record. In my view, no further order needs to be passed in this writ petition and the same is accordingly disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
