Heard on :- 18.02.2020 & 19.02.2020 Judgment on :- 19.02.2020 Amrita Sinha, J.:- The issue involved in the instant writ petition is similar to the issue in WPA 210 of 2020 (Kalpana Chhetri & Anr. -vs- The State of West Bengal & Ors.). The decision passed in the aforesaid case on 19.02.2020 shall be applicable in respect of the instant case.

The instant writ petition stands dismissed as not maintainable before the High Court at this stage.

In view of the aforesaid, W.P.A. 212 of 2020 is dismissed. However, dismissal of the writ petition will not stand in the way of the petitioners from approaching the appropriate forum, in accordance with law, if so advised.
