1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today, is taken on record.

2. It is submitted by the learned advocate for the respondent no.4 that the vacant possession of the said building will be handed over to the corporation within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order, upon finding an alternative accommodation.

3. The unauthorized construction which has been directed to be demolished is the dwelling house of the respondent no.4. Accordingly, if the dwelling house is not vacated within a period of four months from date, the corporation shall be at liberty to demolish the same. With regard to the

allegations made by the respondent no.4 about the threats and illegal demand of money, etc., this Court is not inclined to make any observation. The respondent no.4 is at liberty to approach the police authority strictly in accordance with law.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.

5. Parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
