He submits, place of recovery does not belong to his client, which has been alleged as connection for him to be co-accused. He submits, his client will cooperate with the investigation. He seeks anticipatory bail on any condition imposed. Mr. Bhattacharjee, learned advocate appears on behalf of State and hands up the case diary. He draws attention to several reports of the police having conducted raids. Applicant is absconding. The place of recovery, being the house, was found to be in possession of applicant.
