From the record it reveals that the petitioner has challenged the impugned order passed by the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner-I (ASD) dated 16th December, 2022 wherein the appointment of the petitioner was withdrawn.

Counsel for the respondents submits that the writ application filed by the petitioner is not maintainable before this Court as the jurisdiction of this matter is vested before the Central Administrative Tribunal.

In view of the submission made by the counsel for the respondents, WPA No. 152 of 2023 is dismissed.

However, dismissal of the writ application will not preclude the petitioner to approach before the Central Administrative Tribunal for raising her grievance.
